17 weeks and 1 day, and I had another doctor's appointment today. I weighed in and found that I had lost a pound. This may be due to clothing, food, etc. so I'm not worried at all about it. I listened to the heatbeat via Dopplar and it is about the same (150's). While listening to the heartbeat, I heard the baby moving around about 4-5 times. It sounds like when you accidently rub a microphone against your clothing.
My uterus has moved up to just under my belly button and has made my stomach firmer.
The appointment was short and sweet with nothing but good news.
2 more weeks until we should know: Boy or Girl?

Yay! It's so much fun to hear the heartbeat, but it was especially fun for us to hear him moving around. The heartbeat means that baby is alive, but the movement kind of means that baby is living and mobile already. It's hard to explain, but I loved hearing Finny move around. I loved it when Dr. Bell had to move the Doppler around trying to find him after he had moved away from the microphone. It was almost like a game to him and I could have sat and played that game all day.
